Both display Tucanos turned up - ZF295, which actually carried out the display, and the 72 Sqdn 'special', ZF448, which peeled off for home after the first run past our hilltop before the display actually began. Thanks to F/Lt Bobby Moore for a cracking show, especially since the weather (and therefore the light) proved to let everyone down at the allotted hour! Morebattle is a small village located between Jedburgh and Yetholm. Graeme

Thanks everyone - seems the weather has put paid to or hampered a lot of things this year, only Windermere, Sunderland and Whitehaven escaping unscathed for me. It'll probably be snowing in the Highlands when I'm up for Neptune Warrior 072 next month....

Typically there's no information coming out of the RN just yet - I usually find out what USN assets are deploying by trawling the US Navy news websites a couple of weeks beforehand.
