Hi guys Long time no post. It's nothing personal against this forum,I just try to avoid posting on any aviation related forum.Only other aviation forum I've posted on is Fox2 and that's just to keep my membership alive.Don't actually post anything aviation related on there either. A bit weird but I do have my reasons. Anyway,I best had post these because if it wasn't for the heads up from Chris I wouldn't have know about it.Nice one mate. The conditions were pretty crap with a good wind blowing and dull crap skies. The heli came at approx 11.10.I had just about given up.If the first RNLI boad hadn't appeared at about 10.40 I would have been on my way home. The heli was on the ground for quite a while talking to the RNLI guys and then word came that they had a shout. They lifted off and the main Workington boat buggered off home. The heli circled for about 5 mins and I first thought he must have had a problem but I guess the shout got cancelled. He then stayed around for a while working with the small lifeboat. Most of the action was way outside the harbour walls so crap for photography but still good to watch.Anyway, enough rambling and a few pictures. Cheers Gary
