Strong rumour.....French C160 will be in SW Scotland next week, possibly operating out of Prestwick. Might drop into Carlisle with Paras.
Alpha jets will be in SW Scotland starting next monday.

6 Alpha passes at Thirlmere Today and yesterday from Leeming.

Duane I cant understand whats going on with these French Alphas tonight on local region news (BBC) here in yorkshire they showed a 3 minute clip saying they are here to take part in the Joint Warrior ex and wll be based for the duration at RAF Leeming yet news from everywhere else is saying that on Monday they move from Leeming to Lossie
the tv cameras were in the OPs room planning out the various missions and chatted with the French pilots etc
it said that the 100sq Hawks and the French are the Aggressors so it would make sense for them to be based elsewhere from the 'defenders' at Lossie
but I guess Monday will reveal all!!!
