Hi Ian
Just come through Dunmail and you must be nuts climbing up there. The snow looks pretty deep from the road. I've been in the area for the last 2 days shooting landscapes and have only seen an army Lynx in all that time. Managed to go tits up today.Down at Grasmere and jumped over a stream.Unfortunatly there was 3 foot of bog under the snow.STRAIGHT IN upto my waist.Camera and tripod went flying and vanished under the snow.Eventually managed to drag myself out-pretty muddy, wet and stinky! The things we do for our hobby.
Cheers Gary
