I spent the week around Christmas day down in south Wales staying with the wifes family.A 700+ mile round trip for myself and the family.Obviously, the camera gear had to be taken.Unfortunatly the weather in south Wales mirrored the majority of the Uk with fog, more fog and just for good measure-more fog.I did manage to grab a few hours out with the camera though.I didn't expect much but it was just nice to get out with the camera.
All taken with the 30D,17-40L and handheld.
After spending the days leading upto Christmas day in Cardiff it was time to move to Monmouth for the remainder of the week. The weather did improve very slightly but not much.I had to wait until our final day before coming back home to get out with the camera. The weather was still very dull with plenty of mist still knocking about. Not ideal conditions but I decided to use the converted 20D and try some infrared.
