Chris, excellent picture!....i did get out too see the eclipse, it was pretty spectacular, and glad too see the weather was just absolutley perfect for the occation.

I've got a Canon 75-300mm Lens, which was on about 290mm for the shot, then i cropped the piccy in MS paint. Really need to get a tripod though especially with the Mariime festival coming up later in the year.
