Next years Open Day and Fly-In is provisionally slated for Sunday 24th June, lets hope for some more decent weather. This date has been organised so there is no clash with the Great North Fly-In at Eshott.

The Loach has gone to static only but will hopefully be performing a flypast on arrival and departure.

Next weekend sees the Charity fly in taking place, at the moment there is a nice ridge of high pressure over the UK next Sunday, fingers crossed it stays that way. So what we know about is as follows... Silence Twister display, Isaacs fury display, Jet Provost display (Neil Mccarthys), OH6A Loach static, but will be flying during the day, no display though
Visiting aircraft, well that's down to the weather and serviceability, but potentially quite a decent turn out, oh and something very very very interesting, but i can't say any more in case it doesn't happen but as of now its a yes.

Despite the rain i've just been told the event is still going ahead, doesn't look too bad at all for tomorrow.
