Solway Aviation MuseumThere will be a night photo shoot on Sunday 17th April when when the sun sets and the moon rises together at about 2020hrs. The Museum will supply a 2Kw generator for additional lighting. A chance to take night time studies of any of our aircraft although the main interest will be the Vulcan (air intake covers and barriers will be removed). The cost is £12.50, paid on the night, including tea/coffee and biscuits. If attendees would like to take internal shots in the Vulcan and experiment with some lighting in the cockpit there would be an additional charge of £2. If you would like to arrive a little earlier from 19.30 there would be time to look round the Museum before the sun sets. Please post on our Facebook wall about the event if you are interested in attending. Kieron Pilbeam is organising and hosting the event and will be happy to give newcomers advice.

I don't believe anyone from here went, however there is another one on August 13th. Entry is £12.50 but does include refreshments.
