Is this the US mil' transport, Galaxies , Globemaster etc ? I have heard a couple on the trans-Atlantic HF bands talking to New York, St Maria or Shanwick, but haven't had the UHF/VHF on as much as usual over the last week or two so I've not noticed.

If they have changed there route into and out of the UK, I would like to know the route they are taking now. Maybe I am wrong and nothing as changed..

Are you just listening to the military UHF/VHF frequencies, Mike?
I have often heard the Reach call sign on the Scottish civil VHF allocations using the regular airways.

I am listening to both mil and civ, just thought it was a little quiet. I also thought maybe it had something to do with the carry on with them using Prestwick, may be giving it a wide birth...

Possibly, they may be joining domestic frequencies with Shannon, then London and heading to Southern England, or bypassing the UK entirely as opposed to contacting Scottish?
