Latest from Sefton Council also says that there will be Fox Moths and Tiger Moths on static display on the beach itself, illustrating the long history of pleasure flying using these aircraft from Southport Beach.

No Vulcan display this year, shame would of been nice to see it, still the role demo should be rather good.

The Vulcan WILL now be appearing thanks to sponsership from aerobytes. However the weather forecast looks like it needs a miracle.

Despite challenging conditions a full display was just about managed at Southport today. The King Air and Black Cat Lyx displayed twice. Cancellations were the Team Guinot, WW1 team, BBMF and Vulcan (which will display tomorrow at 14.20). The beach is fairly well waterlogged though so take your wellies if anyone on here is going tomorrow.
