New SAR Freqs ?

Hello - I read on Yahoo PROMA group a posting about new SAR freqs being used in the Lakes as of last weekend - has anyone else heard abou this ?
Am I OK to cross-post them here - or does everyone have access to PROMA group ?

Used to have access to that group Pete but I can no longer log in for some reason. Not heard anything about the new frequencies.

The following were posted on Yahoo Group scanpromauk on 24-Oct-09. There has been much discussion since about if these freqs replace others - but I will paste them here, so that you guys in Cumbria have the info. The comment at the end is from the original poster.
