I think it's to do with an exercise joint warrior I think. to be honest having listened to it they just seem to be bandying trigraph call signs about such as Whiskey- zulu- oscar etc, and not knowing what the code words mean in the messages they are passing doesn't help. Sounds like US & UK aircraft and warships inter acting.
