Both days grey and horrible and the trade has been quiet, the High Tonka is a Luftwaffe IDS which came through Grasmere a minute after a Tucano which was negotiating Thirlmere so Das Tonka went high to avoid ( 29th) a real shame ::)

Having been camping all week in Braithwaite, I can confirm, the low-fly weather was not great, but it was mild. We did a walk around Thirlmere area on Friday (incl Great How) - and there was nothign all day.
Saw the German Tonka & tucano on Thursday from Rydal Water - it was very murky, not surpised there was little flying.
